In this hands-on pasta making class, your instructor will guide you through the art of forming and stretching egg pasta dough into wide, hand-cut pappardelle ribbons. Guests will also enjoy a live demonstration and tasting of a bold, flavorful Italian dish, featuring tender lamb (agnello) paired with the spicy, vibrant notes of arrabbiata sauce.

A Server will be available for any additional orders offered on our in house menu.
