The calzone comes from Naples, where it was created in the 1700s as a folded pizza that could be eaten on the go. Its name means "trouser leg" in Italian. In this hands-on class you'll stretch your own dough, fill it with cheeses and your choice of fillings, and learn how to fold, seal and crimp it so everything stays inside while it bakes to a golden crust. Then enjoy it hot from the oven.
