Cannoli are Sicily's most famous pastry, crisp fried shells filled with sweet ricotta cream, originally made for Carnevale celebrations. The espresso martini is a modern classic, created in 1980s London and fueled by great Italian-style espresso. In this hands-on class you'll whip up your own cannoli filling, pipe and garnish your shells, and learn to shake a perfectly frothy espresso martini. Dessert and a cocktail, both made by you.
