Make Your Own Limoncello

Limoncello is the bright, sun-yellow liqueur of southern Italy, traditionally made along the Amalfi Coast and in Sorrento from fragrant local lemons and sipped ice-cold after dinner. In this hands-on class you'll learn how it's made, from zesting the lemons to infusing and sweetening, and start a batch of your own. You'll also shake up a limoncello cocktail or two and pick up ideas for using it in drinks and desserts at home.
