The martini is one of the world's most iconic cocktails, and it owes a lot to Italy: vermouth, its essential partner, was born in Turin in the 1700s. In this hands-on class you'll learn what makes a great martini, from shaken versus stirred to dry, dirty and beyond. You'll mix several variations yourself, practice proper chilling, dilution and garnishing, and find your own perfect martini.
