Interactive Italian dinner with Maryann Esposito

Join us as we host Maryann Esposito, the host of the longest running cooking show on PBS, as she guides you through a four course dinner. The class will be divided into 4 groups and each group will be making one of the courses in this interactive dinner which will also feature the pairing of Italian wines from the Ruby Wine Portfolio presented by Tuscan Brands Wine Director Joe Comforti.

The first course of the evening will be Crostini with Roasted Pears, Gorgonzola, Walnuts and Honey followed by Drunken Pasta, handmade Farfalle cooked in our own Toscana Rosso, Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Prosciutto with mashed Sweet Potatoes and Sage and for dessert, Dump Dump Apple Tart.

Each group will be guided by Maryann as they prepare their course and everyone will eat as the courses are finished so you will cook and eat, cook and eat and drink wine all through the class and make new friends along the way... what a lovely thought!
