Turn up the heat with this bold, classic Roman dish made entirely by hand in our Tuscan Market Cooking School. In this interactive class, you’ll prepare fresh pasta from scratch and learn how to build a vibrant arrabbiata sauce using ripe tomatoes, garlic, and crushed red pepper for just the right amount of spice. Guests can order additional food and drinks during the class.
