Fettuccine Alfredo was created in Rome in the early 1900s by restaurateur Alfredo di Lelio, who tossed fresh pasta with butter and Parmigiano until it turned silky. It later became a sensation in America. In this hands-on class you'll make fresh egg pasta dough from scratch, roll it out and cut it into ribbons, then learn to make a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce to toss with your handmade pasta.
