Have you wondered about the whole sour dough craze? Come to this beginner’s class to learn the steps to make sour dough at home. This class is mostly a demonstration and instruction class walking you through the steps of making sour dough. The instructor will have each stage of the dough in class and bake off a loaf for tasting. You will leave with a starter and recipes to begin your journey.
