Sourdough is one of the oldest forms of bread, dating back thousands of years to ancient Egypt. Learn the basics, from feeding your starter to shaping and scoring a beautiful loaf. This is mostly a demonstration class. You will leave with an active dough starter and a recipe to start your baking journey.
