Tortellini with Pesto Cream Sauce

Tortellini are the pride of Bologna and Modena, where legend says their shape was inspired by the navel of Venus. Pesto comes from Liguria on Italy's northwest coast, made with basil, pine nuts, garlic and cheese. In this hands-on class you'll make fresh pasta dough, roll and cut it, and learn to fill and fold each tortellino by hand. You'll finish your pasta in a creamy basil pesto sauce and enjoy it at the end of class.
