Italy's tradition of salumi and wine goes back centuries, born from the need to preserve the harvest and the instinct to enjoy it with a good glass. In this guided tasting, you'll explore how cured meats, cheeses and wines from different regions bring out the best in each other. Then it's your turn: you'll build your own charcuterie board, learning how to slice, fold, arrange and pair like a pro, with tips you can take straight home to your next gathering.
